DAY 1: MOMBASA - ARUSHA - NGORONGORO
(Mombasa to Ngorongoro 580 kms, Appx. 8 hrs with stop overs)		  


Our 3 days Mombasa Ngorongoro crater “marathon” safari begins early from Mombasa and the Kenya coast beaches.......

We start at dusk for our long drive across the border into the lands of Kilimanjaro. The daylong journey takes us through distinct climatic, scenic, and social regions. We shall be on tarmac before our breakfast stopover, on a murram track to the border and on tarmac road again via Moshi and the Kilimanjaro to Arusha where we stop for our midday meal.
Later proceed to the Ngorongoro for a well-deserved rest, dinner and overnight at our base on the crater rim.

  
   
DAY 2: NGORONGORO CRATER
 

Early breakfast at our base: With our picnic lunches we board our cruiser for a dramatic descent to the floors of the crater where we spend the day enthralled in this natural phenomena. Elephants, Lions, Hippos, Cheetah, Rhino and other lesser wild animal species and birds will be spotted. We
will have lunch at the Ngoitoktok springs picnic site. We later ascend to the crater rim for meals and overnight.
  
   
DAY 3: NGORONGORO - ARUSHA - TAVETA - MOMBASA
(Ngorongoro to Mombasa 580 kms, Appx. 8 hrs with stop overs)		  

Breakfast at the crater rim. We depart to Arusha for an early lunch. Proceed to the Taveta boarder and onto the coast to arrive in the early evening. Drop off at our respective hotels.
