Kenya holiday safari  stops at the class " A" national parks and game reserves of the Tsavo East, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru & Masai Mara.

Safari  includes an  overnight stop,boat ride and visit to Hells gate near at the Freshwater  Lake Naivasha.

The road safari pace is comfortable with short park connecting trips and  stops at interesting attractions every day.

On the evening of day seven  you return to Mombasa on the evening flight.

Safari accommodation is provided in a selection of economy, standard or luxury lodges or tented camps depending on your budget.

Transport is in custom designed open top safari minivan.

Option of 4 x 4 land-cruiser jeep is provided at an extra price

Day 1: MOMBASA - TSAVO EAST (120 kms, Appr. 2.5 hrs)

Early pick up from your Kenya coast beach resort

Proceed on the inland journey along  the Mombasa - Nairobi highway.

The dawn drive takes us to the southern entry point of Tsavo East gate where we stop briefly for refreshments.

Commence game viewing in search of Elephant, Lion, Cheetah, Zebra, Giraffe,dik -dik Gazelle and  more….

Later freshen up and relax as you  await the afternoon game drive when  wildlife comes alive after the mid-day heat

Traverse the Tsavo east park spotting  game and drinking in the scenery.

Your experienced  safari driver guide takes you through the tracks and points at the animals.

The African sunset shall engulf the savanna as we retire for the evening.

Day 2: TSAVO EAST - AMBOSELI (300 km, Appr. 4.5 hrs)

An early date with nature on another day of your Kenya  tour.

 An early morning exit drive as we head on to  the Amboseli national park. 

Mid-day finds us at the Amboseli park which lies at the floor of the Mount Kilimanjaro.

The majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro offers the ultimate background for both amateur and professional wildlife photography.

Day 3: AMBOSELI - LAKE NAIVASHA  ( 340 km, Appr. 5 hrs)

We shall be early again!

The sunrise and views of Mount Kilimanjaro peaks from the clouds is dramatic (weather  permitting)

 Depart  the  Amboseli national  park with an exit game spotting drive.

Proceed to the Rift valley and Lake Naivasha with a lunch stop at Nairobi.

Afternoon boat ride to explore the fresh water Rift valley lake

Overnight at your Lake Naivasha lodge / hotel.

Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 4: LAKE NAIVASHA  - MASAI MARA (240 kms Appx. 4 hrs)

The drive to the Masai Mara is via Masai country within the floors of the Great Rift valley.

There shall be stops to view interesting attractions and a main stop at the frontier Masai city of Narok

Overnight at your Masai Mara safari lodge or tented camp.

Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza!

Masai Mara Game reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Natural world.
It is host to  the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region.

The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the  moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities.

We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing   encountering the big five and more of the lesser game.

Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara river as we watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October)

Overnight shall be at our Masai Mara safari lodge/ Tented camp

Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 6: MASAI MARA - LAKE NAKURU (280 kms, Appx. 6 hrs)

Last day at the Masai Mara!.

An early start  to catch the sunrise, early hunters and grazers.

Proceed to the Lake Nakuru  national park with stops for views of Lake Naivasha and Elmenteita.

Day 7: LAKE NAKURU – NAIROBI (170 km, Appr. 3 hrs)

Today we start with an early breakfast.

It’s a bird and game watchers day.

Hundreds of thousands of flamingos canopy the shallow edges of the lake.

Pelicans and hundreds of other bird species shall be seen.

Lake Nakuru national park is home to both the black and white rhino.

It also hosts a wide range of animal species including  lion, warthog, antelope, baboons and many others.

Later depart for Nairobi on a leisurely scenery viewing drive to arrive at the city in the late afternoon.

Transfer to the Nairobi airport

1830hrs: Depart Nairobi for Mombasa.
1930hrs: Arrive Mombasa Airport.
