The Hotel English Point Marina is located near the Port of Mombasa, with views overlooking the Port. The hotel is boutique in style and offers a tranquil space for both business and leisure visitors with sharp decor and luxury touches. The hotel offers a large swimming pool, a fitness center, and a wellness center that includes the Ansui Spa, inclusive of six treatment rooms and a mud bath.
The hotel’s restaurant, Medusa, serves a menu comprising international cuisine, with both a la carte and buffet options available. There is a lounge area and a bar, with a poolside bar the ideal place to unwind next to at the end of the day. The rooms and suites are chic and stylishly decorated with views over lush gardens, the pool area, or of the Indian Ocean. The conference facilities are modern and comfortable for small meetings.
The Hotel English Point Marina is located in the Nyali Beach area near Mombasa along Kenya’s east coast, only 6.5 miles away from the Moi International Airport.
The 93 rooms located at the Hotel English Point Marina are spacious and elegant. Sophisticated decor depicts tranquil colors and is equipped with an extra large bed, writing desk, and wonderful en-suite bathrooms boasting large showers.
There are standard Double Rooms and Superior Rooms, then Garden View Executive Suites. The Executive Suites can sleep four guests and comprise two bedrooms, a sitting and dining area, and a balcony with garden views. The Ocean Front Luxury Suite sleeps up to five guests accommodated in three bedrooms. There is a lounge, dining area, and a balcony with sea views.
There is an impressive Penthouse Apartment as well as a suite with pool views which both sleep six guests in three bedrooms, separate bathrooms, a sitting area, and a dining area, all with balconies offering views over the ocean. Each room is air-conditioned and has a small fridge, a safe for guests to store their valuables in during their stay, tea/coffee-making facilities, and a cupboard with hanging space. WiFi and satellite television are also available.
Guests can enjoy the wonders of the nearby beaches, enjoying time to relax on the beach or swim, snorkel, or embark on other water activities such as scuba diving or windsurfing as examples. Guests can visit nearby Fort Jesus, explore Old Town Mombasa, or enjoy a 15-minute walk to the Mombasa Marine National Park. The Tusks Monument is around one mile away and the Mamba Village Crocodile Farm is two miles away.
