History

Noted as one of the oldest wildlife conservancies in Kenya, the Taita Hills Wildlife Conservancy is formed around and named after the incredible surrounding Taita Hills. The conservancy was electrified in the early 2000s due to an incredible number of elephants who had until then wreaked havoc on the woodland areas.
