Daily Private Safari Tour
in 4x4 Jeep

A Full Week of Safari Fun!

Starts From/Returns to Mombasa, Kilifi, Bamburi & North Coast beach areas. We’ll pick you up from your hotel or resort. Then travel comfortably in your own 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Jeep.

You’ll have a full week of safari adventure traveling to 5 of Kenya’s prime national parks. Be prepared for land, water and even bicycle safaris! On this 7-day journey through savannah, bush, woodland, and lakes you’ll be spotting hunters, grazers, fish, birds, and even crocodiles. So, get ready to say goodbye to the beach and suit up for the trip of a lifetime.

This safari offers a kaleidoscope of natural world experiences. From the vast red-dust plains of Tsavo East to the elephants parading before you at Amboseli Park. At the Rift Valley lakes of Naivasha and Nakuru, you’ll see a colourful pageant of birdlife. And at Hell’s Gate Park you’ll pedal by grazing zebra, buffalo, and giraffe. Talk about getting up close!

But it’s at the Masai Mara that you will come upon perhaps the largest assortment and number of animals in Kenya. This most popular park plays a vital role in the migration of the continent’s wildlife – a hub between the land, the animals and the eternal cycles of nature. Prepare to be spoiled. You’ll never want to visit a zoo again.

After 7 full safari days, we’ll end up in the capital of Nairobi where you’ll either fly back to Mombasa or hop aboard the new Madaraka Express train – the choice is yours. In fact, the choice is always yours at Natural World Kenya Safaris – just tell us how we can customize your perfect safari experience.

All-Inclusive. Your 7-Day Tsavo East/Amboseli/Lake Naivasha/Lake Nakuru/Masai Mara safari includes park entrance fees, game drives, accommodations and meals. Natural World Safaris always offers a wide choice of accommodations. Depending on your budget and style choose from economy, comfort or luxury safari lodges or tented camps.

Your Guide. For your 7-day journey, you’ll be guided, hosted and looked after by your own experienced driver/guide.

Transportation between parks and game viewing will be in a private 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Jeep – this vehicle is the safari standard with its higher seating and rugged all-wheel drive.

You can also opt for a pop-top Safari minivan instead at a discounted rate.

MOMBASA – TSAVO EAST (120 KM – Approx. 3 hours)

Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner

The safari begins with a pick-up at your beach hotel or resort.  We’ll take the scenic Mombasa – Nairobi Highway, viewing farmlands and Kenya countryside along the way.

The journey includes several stops to stretch and get refreshments.

Tsavo East National Park is a huge park, but its sparse foliage brings us many opportunities for wildlife spotting. All the large mammals are here, like lion, buffalo, giraffe, and elephant but also smaller, entertaining creatures like the warthog, ostrich and baboon.

We’ll freshen up for lunch and then relax or head out for a mid-afternoon game drive. The light will become softer now and the air cooler. Wildlife will emerge from the mid-day heat and head for the park’s watering holes, an excellent opportunity for us to enjoy their presence.

During our game drives and throughout your safari week, your expert driver/guide will always be there for any questions you may have and to fill in your knowledge about the land and its varied inhabitants.

Our first safari night will be spent at Tsavo East at your choice of accommodation.

What you may  see at Tsavo East National park …….

Large mammals including vast herds of dust-red elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Zebra, Lion, Leopard, Hippo, Crocodile, Waterbuck, Lesser Kudu, Gerenuk and Hirola.

TSAVO EAST – AMBOSELI (300 km, Approx. 5 hrs.)

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

We’ll rise for an early breakfast and game drive as we depart the reserve for Amboseli National Park, nestled at the foot of the largest mountain in Africa and the largest free-standing mountain in the world, Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Amboseli is home to perhaps the most concentrated population of free-ranging elephants anywhere. We guarantee you will see them here, proudly marching about in their daily business.

In this smaller park, the game is easier to spot, and you’ve got a very good chance of spotting wildebeest, zebras and even lions and cheetahs.

We offer an optional visit to the local Maasai people if you wish. Your guide can easily make all the arrangements.

You’ll stay tonight at your Amboseli lodge or tented camp.

What you may  see at Amboseli National park …..

Elephant,Cheetah,Buffalo, Giraffe, Zebra, Lion ,Crocodile, Mongoose, Hyrax, Dik-dik, Lesser Kudu.

AMBOSELI – LAKE NAIVASHA  ( 340 km – Approx. 7 hrs)

The sun will greet us as we rise early and with luck, the clouds covering Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped summit will part for us.

We’re off on a final game drive and to take one last look at Amboseli’s famous elephants.

But now we’re headed to the Rift Valley and its astonishing escarpments. On the way, Nairobi beckons and we’ll stop at the capital for lunch at one of its distinctive restaurants.

Arriving at Lake Naivasha, we’ll have time to take a boat safari across this high-altitude, fresh-water lake. We’ll sail by hippos as we spot the park’s busy birdlife and even see zebra, antelope and others grazing on the shore.

We’ll spend one night here at Naivasha at your choice of accommodation.

LAKE NAIVASHA  – LAKE NAKURU (80 kms Approx. 1.5 hrs)

The Lake Naivasha area is close to other natural parks and preserves filled with wildlife. We’ll take a bicycle ride to nearby Hell’s Gate National Park for a most unique safari experience, riding or walking by the peacefully foraging animals of the park. This is a wonderful way to get reasonably close to the wildlife.

Afterward, a quick one-hour drive will bring us to Lake Nakuru National Park, an appealing refuge of large animals, an important rhino sanctuary, and an alkaline lake, known for its birdlife, especially flamingoes.

In what other park could you spot the bright fuchsia birds, plus lion, cheetah and endangered black rhinos?

We’ll spend the night at Lake Nakuru

LAKE NAKURU- MASAI MARA (290km – Approx. 6 hrs)

Today’s the day we embark to the mighty Masai Mara! We’ll be up early and enjoy a quick game drive as we exit Lake Nakuru.

En route, we’ll partake of lunch and arrive at the park in time for an afternoon drive, taking in our first glimpse of the park’s distinctive rolling hills and deep savannahs.

The Masai Mara National Reserve is a very special eco-system. Not only is it Kenya’s most popular park, it also serves as a lifeline for the area’s natural migration of millions of wildebeests and zebra.

This will be the first of two nights spent at the Mara Reserve.

FULL DAY MASAI MARA

Get ready for an unforgettable day of game drives and intense animal viewing. The Masai Mara is blessed as one of the most diverse wildlife and well-populated regions in Africa. Besides the “Big Five”, it is home to thousands, and sometimes during the Great Migration (July – October) millions of herding wildebeests and zebra, making their way across the river in search of sustenance.

We’ll fill our day with animal watching on the great savannahs dotted with beautiful acacia trees and down by the Mara River where the animals cross into the park. There, we’ll spot the hippo and crocodile in their natural habitat.

We offer several optional activities to enhance your enjoyment of the Mara experience. If you’d like, ask your guide to arrange a visit with the local Maasai people in a nearby village. You can see their bomas up close and learn about their herding lifestyle.

For an unforgettable memory of the Mara, take an optional hot air balloon safari over the dawning plains and watch as the reserve comes to life as you soar above. Your guide can also arrange for this very special moment.

This is our final night of safari which we will spend here at the Mara.

MASAI MARA – NAIROBI (260 kms, Appx. 6 hrs)

We’ll be up early for a pre-breakfast game drive and to enjoy the early morning light break over the vast reserve.

Then we’ll fortify ourselves for the road with a hearty safari breakfast and one last game drive as we exit the great Masai Mara, on our way back to Nairobi.

We will arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon.

It’s been 7 days, 5 national parks and a stream of natural world discoveries few get to experience. We hope you have enjoyed your time with us.

We’ll bring you to either the airport in Nairobi or the train station, depending on your choice of transport back to Mombasa.

Your flight departs at 1830 hrs., arriving at Mombasa at 1930 hrs.

In Mombasa, we’ll meet you and bring you back to your resort or hotel.

It has been our pleasure to share the best of Kenya’s parks with you. Let us know when you’re next ready to go out on safari!
