Richard’s River Camp offers the discerning traveller a luxury tented camp in the very heart of the Masai Mara. Designed with privacy, exclusivity as well as adventure in mind we ensure a warm and memorable safari.

The Camp is situated in a conservation area North West of The Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.

Richard’s River Camp is a traditional tented camp in true African safari style with a few modern surprises. As the weather almost always permits, meals are most often enjoyed outdoors under Kenyan skies. During those rare rainy or chilly evenings, dining moves indoors, adjacent to the beautiful, cosy sitting room with a roaring fire.

Soft drinks, beer, house wines and non-luxury spirits are included in the room rates. Champagne, special wines and luxury spirits are additional.

Accommodation

The Camo consist 8 large and spacious custom designed tents feature an en suite flush loo and heated shower.
Each individually decorated tent has either twin or double beds with extra beds available for families. Their solar system provides clean, silent power and ensures 24-hour light to all the tents.
