Drive to the nearby Arusha park for a day of sumptuous game drives. Picnics are served at midday.

Late afternoon drive back to Arusha with overnight at your hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Mulala Village located on the slopes of Mt Meru.
You will be in the humble hands of some rural welcoming women who will take us through a glimpse of
various economic activities whose aim is to fight poverty. Learn how they process some tasty cheese
plus it values. Then go through their bee-keeping project of a special bee specie endemic to this region
from which they derive a special, badly-sort-after type of honey, because of it superior medicinal
properties!
The views of the rolling plains in the distance are just wonderful.
After a good lunch prepared by the same rural ladies composed of typical Tanzanian cuisine, the same
charming rural women will guide you through coffee farming methods, coffee harvesting, coffee
grinding then you are guided on how to make your own palatable cup of coffee and enjoy it yourself!
Thereafter, drive back to Arusha. Overnight at your hotel.

Drive to Tarangire National Park with picnics for lunch. Afternoon game drive.

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a whole day of game drives. You will be armed
with picnics for lunch. Late afternoon drive out of the park and proceed to your lodge where after check-
in, you will take dinner and stay for the night.

After breakfast drive to the nearby Mto wa Mbu Village where you will find a local guide waiting.
Walk through some Rice farms learning lots on rice farming – harvesting and its challenges.

You will also visit a banana plantation where you may try out a ripe fresh banana plus other available fruits grown in this village.

There are also weavers who use banana leaves whose art is as interesting as that of the sensational wood carvers with so much zeal on their work. A good lunch prepared by a group of rural ladies greets us for lunch.

Soon after, we visit the open-air studio where a group of youth do tinga-tinga painting with various topical issues being expressed with a great sense of humour that will leave you in stitches. After bidding good bye to our hosts and hostesses, we drive up the scenic escarpment enjoying every scenic moment as it unfolds, arriving at Karatu early evening.

After a late breakfast, collect picnic lunches and drive down into the crater for a game drive.
Late afternoon, ascend out of the crater and head back to your Lodge.

Thereafter, drive westwards down the Malanja depression. You will make a brief stop at the Oldupai
Gorge where an informative lecture on our ancestors will be given. A visit to the small museum is just as
interesting.
Immediately after, proceed to Serengeti with picnic lunches served en-route. Thereafter, proceed with
an afternoon game in the Serengeti.
